General Shipping Information

Shipping Availability

We ship products to addresses within the India. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout to avoid delays.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing time does not include weekends or India’s public holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives in 7 to 14 days after processing
  • Express Shipping: Arrives in 3 to 7 days after processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or postal delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link to track your order online. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; 7EvaShop has no control over these charges, nor can 7EvaShop predict what they may be.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at shop@seveneva.org. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether it be through a replacement or refund.
